Group healing plays a significant role in our return to Oneness and thus well-being on an individual and collective level. Coming together to heal in community is a potent experience filled with connection, compassion, co-regulation, and vibrational elevation. We facilitate healing ceremonies utilizing sound, breathwork, guided mediation, reiki energy, herbal allies, plant medicine, fungi medicine, and moon cycles to best attune to nature’s cycles, connecting deeply with ourselves and one other on our journey to restore collective consciousness.
